Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes’ pairing in Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi (KRPKAB) was widely praised. The show that launched in September 2017 has now completed 8 years. Taking to Instagram, Shaheer penned a sweet note on KRPKAB.

The show saw Shaheer, Erica and senior actor Supriya Pilgaonkar in lead roles. While Shaheer and Erica’s on-screen pairing managed to give us the iconic pair of Dev-Sonakshi, it would be correct to say that without Supriya, who played Dev’s mom (Ishwari Tripathi Dixit), the show wouldn’t have become a success.
Sharing a story on his Instagram, Shaheer penned a sweet note as he shared his gratitude towards the makers. He also mentioned kind words for his reel mom aka Supriya Pathak and his co-actor, Erica Fernandes.

In his post, he writes, “It has been 8 years, and what a beautiful journey it has been. Today, when I look back, I feel so lucky and honoured that I got the opportunity to be a part of this show, which is so close to my heart for so many reasons.”

The Mahabharat actor further writes, “I found Supriyaa Maa @SupriyaPilgaokar a friend for life Erica Fernandes @iam_ejf and unconditional love from you guys.. Thank you @Mamtayashpathnaik, @Yashpatnaikofficial for conceptualising and creating this beautiful show. Thank you @DurjoyDatta for writing this masterpiece.”
Shaheer went on to thank his fans, who have supported and loved him throughout his journey. Apart from the show’s makers and cast, he also thanked the crew who was connected to the show. He wrote, “Thank you to all the people who worked on this show and thanks to all the viewers who watched it and showered so much love on us. Thank you.”
