Mannara Chopra has become popular amongst the masses after participating in Bigg Boss 17 as a contestant. The actress managed to win the hearts of her fans and emerged as the second runner-up of the Salman Khan show. During her stint in the madhouse, Mannara avoided speaking about her cousin sisters, Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra. In fact, the Bigg Boss 17 finalist got miffed after reading several reports about her bad relationships with PeeCee and Parineeti. Amidst all, Mannara Chopra reacted to the rumours and said that her relationships with her cousin sisters are ‘very sorted’.

Mannara Chopra talks about Chopra sisters

For those who’ve come in late, Mananra Chopra didn’t attend Parineeti Chopra’s wedding in Delhi due to her prior work commitments. When she was in Bigg Boss 17 house, the actress was constantly asked by housemates about her equations with the Chopra sisters, Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra. Mannara used to request contestants not to ask her about her sisters.

Recently, in an interview, Mannara Chopra revealed that she didn’t take the names of her sisters because she wanted to show her own personality on the show. While speaking with Siddharth Kannan, Mannara also said that her relations with her sisters is good and sorted. She clarified that she wanted to fight her own battles and shine in the industry on her own.

After Bigg Boss, Mannara Chopra feels that people from industry have started recognising her. The actress said, “Of course, they know I come from a certain family, but it is also because of how I project myself. It is all about you at the end of the day. I avoided the names because I knew it was a personality show and I had to show my personality.”

Mannara calls Priyanka her ‘inspiration’

Mannara Chopra also showered a lot of praise on her elder sister, Priyanka Chopra. She called her ‘inspiration’ and a ‘strong independent woman’. The actress also said, “I looked up to her while growing up because I noticed how she could buy things on her own. She could stay in the best of places, do whatever she wants, and rule the world according to her terms. That was something I imbibed from her. That was something that got inside me.” It has to be noted that Mannara didn’t speak much about Parineeti Chopra.

In an earlier interview, Mannara had revealed that Parineeti Chopra penned a long note for her after she came out of the Bigg Boss 17 house. Let us tell you, Mannara is currently busy shooting for her upcoming projects. She was last seen in a music video, Saanware, opposite Abhishek Kumar.
