John Mansfield, of Boulder, Colorado, sold his home at 506 Venice Lane to RG Trust Services LLC, trustee, for $4.88 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,336 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.3 million in 2018.

Red Rock Park

Darren and Rachel Saltzberg, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1583 Hansen St. to 1583 HB Holdings LLC for $2.4 million. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,557 square feet of living area. It sold for $715,000 in 2013.
