Solano Democrats release primary endorsement questionnaire – Times-Herald

The Solano County Democratic Central Committee (SCDCC) released its 2022 Primary Election Endorsement Questionnaire.

Candidates and organizations representing ballot measures seeking endorsement from the SCDCC must complete a questionnaire by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 18.

The committee will be considering endorsements at its monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 23. Only candidates registered as Democrats are eligible to be considered.

“The Solano Democratic Party is very pleased to see so many Democrats stepping up to the challenge of a position in local government,” said Marjorie Olson, SCDCC Chair in a news release. “We are excited that there are so many first time candidates filing for office. We are also happy to have candidates who are experienced in public office prepared to serve.”

With the current state of the pandemic, the SCDCC is utilizing an online form to get responses from candidates and those organizations representing propositions and ballot measures.
