National Grid making repairs after outages in Troy

National Grid was dealing with a cluster of power outages in Troy.
The outages appeared to be concentrated in the area around Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Samaritan Hospital but it was not immediately clear if those locations lost power.

National Grid said crews were working on repairs and they hoped to have service restored to the 282 customers by 11:15 a.m.
