Arrests made in Henderson vape shop burglary

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Two arrests have been made in regard to a burglary that happened at TNT Vape Shop.

The Henderson Police Department state two juveniles were arrested on Saturday. Both juveniles were charged with two counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking – Auto, and Burglary 3rd Degree.

According to a release, HPD says this happened on February 22 where officers observed a vehicle that had driven through the front glass of the business and had been abandoned. Officials say the vehicle had been stolen from Henderson Chevrolet the previous evening. Video surveillance showed the two individuals enter through the broken glass and stole multiple items. Officials say the second vehicle was located later that morning, and it was determined that it had been stolen from an address on US Highway 60 East in Henderson earlier that morning.

The owner of the store stated it was the fourth time the business was broken into.
