Middle school student treated after inhaling THC vape | Crime


DAVIDSON COUNTY – A Central Davidson Middle School student was taken to the hospital last week after falling ill from inhaling smoke from a vape pen containing THC.

On Feb. 14 one Central Davidson Middle School student was taken to the hospital at the parent’s request after becoming ill from inhaling smoke from a vape containing THC that a student had brought to school, the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office said. Two other students who had also shared the vape did not experience any negative side effects.
