16-year-old arrested for stealing from Mercer Vape and Tobacco – 41NBC News
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the teen was found with merchandise in his possession.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Deputies from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office arrested a suspect who was caught in the act of stealing from a local businesses.
Deputies arrested a 16-year-old male at Mercer Vape and Tobacco.
The address of the business is 3706 Mercer University Drive.
The burglary happened Friday evening, at 11 p.m. Deputies said, they apprehended the teen after a short foot pursuit behind the business.
Once the teen was taken into custody, he was found with stolen items from the business.
He was transported to Regional Youth Detention Center and charged with burglary.
