VIDEO: The Absurd Media Reaction to Sound of Freedom – The American Spectator

The fight against child sex trafficking should unite people on all sides of the political aisle — and yet multiple media outlets have encouraged people not to watch Sound of Freedom, calling it a “QAnon conspiracy theory.”

Following up on VIDEO: Sound of Freedom: ‘God’s Children Are Not for Sale’, The American Spectator’s Grace Reilly joined Ryan Helfenbein on Real America’s Voice News to discuss the media backlash over Angel Studios’ Sound of Freedom. The film tells the true story of Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) founder Tim Ballard, who leads missions to rescue children from sex trafficking.

The media calls the film “conspiratorial,” but the numbers speak for themselves. OUR reports that over 40 million people are victims of human trafficking globally — 25 percent of whom are children. The International Justice Mission adds that almost 2 million children are victims of sex trafficking.

Despite the media’s attempts to discourage people from watching the film, it’s reached an astounding $85 million in box office earnings after only two weeks in theaters.
