Holman Jenkins, Jr., suggests that the FBI cost Hillary Clinton the 2016 election by not keeping its actions confidential in its investigation of her (“Durham Jury Convicts the FBI,” Business World, June 1). Given what we now know from the Michael Sussmann trial, Mrs. Clinton should be thanking her lucky stars the FBI looked the other way on her campaign’s conjured Russia-collusion hoax, which a reasonable person might find criminal. The real mystery in this perfidious tale is why the FBI decided to advance the dossier hoax to the world, thus weakening America and its presidency. Perhaps

can explain the logic behind it in his next book?
