Which Southwest Ohio girls basketball players made 2022 All-Ohio team?


The Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association announced the Division III and IV All-Ohio girls basketball teams Monday. 

In Division III, Purcell Marian star freshman Dee Alexander was named the state’s player of the year after averaging 24.5 points and 12.2 rebounds a game. She led Purcell Marian to a 27-1 record and the program’s first-ever state girls basketball championship. 

The Division I and II All-Ohio teams will be announced Tuesday, followed by the Ohio Ms. Basketball Award on Wednesday. The boys basketball All-Ohio teams will be announced starting next Monday, Mach 28.

Purcell Marian freshman Dee Alexander led the Lady Cavaliers to a Division III state title this season.
