RICHLAND COUNTY — A hotel near the Intersection of I-71 and Ohio 13 has sold for $3,760,000, according to recent property transfers filed with the Richland County Auditor’s Office.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham at 120 Stander Ave. was sold to Five Star Surya Hospitality, LLC, by CPLG Properties, LLC, according to paperwork filed with the sale.

The property is located in Washington Township.

The agent for Five Star Surya Hospitality is Purvish Patel, according to articles of incorporation filed Jan. 14 with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office.
