Final weekend for the 2021 Spring Circuit of New Homes

The 2021 Spring Circuit of New Homes concludes this Saturday and Sunday. This year, we proudly presented 16 homes throughout the area, open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for your viewing. Don’t miss out on these final days of a great opportunity to see the most current trends in home design by our local home building community.

Based on conversations we have had with participants and attendees from the first weekend, it is a great event for home and idea hunting! Now that social restrictions are being eased, consumers are returning to work and all other aspects of their daily lives. This resurgence includes looking at new homes, which has always been a popular way to spend time as our spring weather begins to improve.

This is one of the largest Circuits we have had and it is filled with many new homes at great prices with many extra incentives. Because of the coronavirus, this year presents several challenges and we are committed to following all mandatory guidelines at each home for the safety and health of our visitors and staff.

The construction and real estate industries are classified as “Essential Business” to the Ohio economy and, therefore, have been allowed to operate during these trying times. That privilege comes with the responsibility to take precautions for the safety of all involved. Each home in the Circuit will have a notice on the front door stating that 10 people or less are allowed in, at one time. Also, we will remind everyone to keep a minimum of 6 foot spacing as recommended. Hand sanitizer will be at the inside entrance to every home. Doorknobs, counter surfaces, and other anticipated touch areas will be wiped down after each visit, and, of course, all sales personnel will be wearing masks.

The Circuit offers a wide variety of styles and choices. There are many ranches which are very popular with empty nesters and first-time buyers. Some of these ranches are condominiums or villas with no exterior homeowner maintenance. There are also many custom, two-story and, move-up homes for those interested in expanding their home space.

The Circuit consists of 16 homes by 13 local builders from your hometown area. You are sure to see several homes in the style, price, and location you desire. Interest rates and incentives to buy have never been better. Many of our builders also are offering special prices and other incentives to help you obtain the perfect home for your family and lifestyle.
