Orange High School students look forward to Prom Night at Rock Hall

PEPPER PIKE, Ohio — Orange High School juniors and seniors are excited about the opportunity to “Rock the Night Away” at Prom Night 2021.

The event, under the direction of adviser Jessica Fairchild, will be April 24 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in downtown Cleveland. Pandemic protocols will be in place, with students only permitted to attend with fellow Orange High School juniors and seniors, according to a news release.

An after-prom will be hosted by the PTA at RollHouse Entertainment in Solon following the prom. OHS juniors and seniors may attend one or both events.

In January, the Orange Board of Education approved a contract with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to provide a prom dinner for the Orange High School students at a cost of $8,000.

It also approved a contract for All Access Caterers to cater the dinner, at a cost of about $19,200 for an estimated 320 guests.
