Brief power outage at Leonard Morse Hospital building – News – MetroWest Daily
Outage lasted for for more than one hour.
NATICK — Power has been restored to one building at Leonard Morse Hospital after it briefly went out on Thursday afternoon.
Equipment failure at 2:40 p.m. caused the outage at 67 Union St. The situation was fixed at 4 p.m., according to a spokesman at Eversource. The rest of the hospital’s campus was not affected.
Leonard Morse is fed by two power sources. A main line feeds all buildings, except for the one that lost power. That building gets power from a backup power source that sustained equipment failure.
