The highly anticipated reunion of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor on the silver screen has sparked excitement among fans. Their upcoming project, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, produced by Dharma Productions, is scheduled for release on April 18, 2025. Today (May 4), the duo started filming for their film and shared behind-the-scenes glimpses.

Taking to his Instagram handle, the October actor dropped a picture of the film’s set by sharing a glimpse featuring the clapboard, tagging Janhvi and other collaborators. Janhvi reciprocated by sharing the same photo, accompanied by the melodic tones of the song Junglee playing in the background, hinting at their collaboration’s musical essence.

Besides this, Fighter actor Akshay Oberoi and national crush Rohit Saraf have bagged a vital role in Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor-starrer. Written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film is produced by Karan Johar. Amidst speculation surrounding Varun and Alia Bhatt’s return for Dulhania 3, reports are making rounds suggesting Janhvi is Alia’s potential replacement. However, filmmaker Karan Johar unveiled a fresh franchise, teasing Varun and Janhvi’s characters through the upbeat track Ishq Manzoor.
