INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for the construction of the Harbor Hills Waterline Replacement will be received by the Licking County Commissioners at their office located at 20 South Street, 4th Floor, Newark, OH 43055 until 11:45 a.m. eastern standard time on January 11th, 2024, at which time said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Specifications and contract documents can be obtained free of charge from the Licking County web page at:https://lickingcounty.gov/All prospective BIDDERS, CONTRACTORS and other interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting in Room A at the Licking County Commissioners Office, 20 South Street, Newark, OH 43055 at 10:00 a.m., on January 3rd, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, payable to the owner in an approved form. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and best bidder.
