At 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy responded to the scene of a motor vehicle crash along Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont, near Union Local Elementary School. The accident involved property damage only, according to the report.

At 9:04 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy on a traffic stop on Barkcamp Dam Road in Belmont reported the motorist and a passenger there were “enjoying the scenery” there.

At 8:08 a.m. Wednesday, an officer on a traffic stop on Bannock Road in St. Clairsville issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for speeding in a school zone.

Joshua David Williams, 22, of 4620 Penn Ave. Apt. 201, Dayton, Ohio, was cited Sunday for speeding and having expired registration and fined $224.

Timothy Kenneth Wallace, 34, of 414 Jones St., Wheeling was cited Saturday for having expired registration and fined $124.

Javionte Dashaun Ernest Howes, 24, of 1323 Champlain St., Toledo, Ohio, was arrested Saturday for a warrant. A bond amount was not provided.

Shannon Ranae Lewis, 45, of 1020 Broadway St. C18, Martins Ferry was arrested Friday for a warrant. A bond amount was not provided.
