The good news: After experiencing a devastating miscarriage in 2021, singer Jessie J is pregnant again. The bad news: The morning sickness has been brutal.

Days after sharing her pregnancy news on Friday, the pop star posted a compilation reel documenting the most gruesome and emotional moments from her first trimester. Warning: There’s a lot of gagging and at least one in-flight barf bag.

“I was warned about that first trimester and it was WOOFY WOOF,” the 34-year-old captioned the video on Instagram, which shows her rubbing her pregnant belly, crying and repeatedly suffering from bouts of nausea.

“I can’t even explain to you how sick I feel,” she says at one point. “Look at the state of me.”

Jessie J’s post drew sympathy and likes from stars like Kelly Rowland and Kate Beckinsale. It comes two days after she posted a shot of a positive pregnancy test on Instagram.

“I am so happy and terrified to finally share this,” the British singer wrote. “Please be gentle with me … Honestly, ya girl just wants to ugly cry in public in a catsuit eating a chocolate-covered pickle with no questions asked.”

Last year the “Domino” singer reflected on her 2021 miscarriage and her gratitude that, after being warned by her doctors that her endometriosis might result in her uterus being removed, she was able to get pregnant at all.

“I’m grateful that I found the joy in it and I’m grateful that I got pregnant,” she shared during an appearance last March on Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers podcast. “I got pregnant and that is the experience of a lifetime for me.

“I was told that I would never [conceive] and so for me to even experience the morning sickness and all of that … could make me cry with happiness, just that I got to do that,” she added. “And I know it will happen for me one day.”
