More than eight months after a woman told police a man exposed himself to her in a local Walmart parking lot, police have arrested a man with a history of indecent exposure arrests.

It was April of last year when an 18-year-old woman told Grove City Police that a man exposed himself to her in the Walmart in Pine Township.

Police say the suspect fled from police in a Tesla Roadster.

Investigators believe the same suspect was seen inappropriately touching himself in the parking lot of a Target store in Erie, Pennsylvania.

State Police circulated images of the suspect and the Tesla on social media.

Following an investigation, police filed charges last month and issued a warrant for the arrest of 28-year-old Jason McAllister of Joliet, Illinois.

McAllister was brought from Illinois to the Mercer County Jail last week where he was arraigned on charges of indecent exposure, careless driving, and fleeing from police.

A review of court records show that since 2020, McAllister has been arrested for public indecency in three communities in Illinois.

McAlister remains in the Mercer County Jail on $75,000 bond awaiting another court hearing on January 11.
