CLEVELAND − Safety John Johnson III will be in the Browns’ defensive starting lineup on Saturday when they play host to the New Orleans Saints.

Johnson was the lone Browns player whose status was in question coming into the day. He was listed as questionable on the game status report on Thursday with a thigh injury, but was not among the inactive players.

That leaves only defensive end Jadeveon Clowney as a injury-related inactive for the Browns. Clowney, who was ruled out on Thursday, remains in concussion protocol after leaving last Saturday’s win over the Baltimore Ravens.

Center Ethan Pocic, who was activated from the injured reserve list on Friday, was in the starting lineup. It’s the first time he’s played since sustaining a knee injury on Nov. 20 against the Buffalo Bills in Detroit.
