Honoring the Winter Solstice

Though most cultures around the world celebrate some version of a holiday around this time, the winter solstice is the one we can be sure was actually celebrated on the same day. Monuments around the world such as Stonehenge, Newgrange and Tulum are built to feature and frame the sun’s arrival in Capricorn. Happy Solstice!
