Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Send Daughter to School in Adorable Instagram

The proud parents posed with their daughter on her first day of school.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade are the sweetest parents. 

Before the couple sent their 3-year-old daughter, Kaavia James, off to school, the two took a moment to capture the big day on camera.

Union shared the sentimental back-to-school photos with her 20.6 million Instagram followers earlier today. 

In the snaps, Union can be seen snuggled up to her family in a fluffy grey robe with fuzzy blue slippers to match.  With a green juice in one hand and a peace sign thrown up in the other, the 49-year-old served an effortlessly glam early morning look.

Her husband, 40, donned the classic dad outfit–camouflage shorts and a black shirt–he still rocked it, though!

“Love it when @dwyanewade does drop off,” she captioned the carousel of images. “Sure there’s more tears cuz he hasn’t mastered the art of the stick and move, but this extra sleep and time to enjoy my green juice tho…worth it ???????‍♀️”

Others gushed over Kaavia’s school uniform.

With back-to-school season here, it seems the two parents have been extra busy recently.

Just last week, the parents ditched their bedtime attire for a chic look on the red carpet as they attended the premiere of her upcoming film, The Inspection, at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival.

In the movie, Union portrays a religious mother that kicks her son out of the home. He is forced to live in a shelter in New Jersey before joining the military–all while living with a secret of his true identity. 

The Inspection will be released to the public on Nov. 18.
