Prince William is ‘prioritizing stability’ and keeping royal kids in school while mourning the Queen

Prince William and Kate Middleton have kept their three children out of the spotlight and focused on their education as they are “prioritizing stability” amid mourning Queen Elizabeth II who died nearly one week ago at the age of 96.

The newly-appointed Prince and Princess of Wales only recently brought Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to their new school on Tuesday, Sept. 7, just two days before Her Majesty passed away. 

William walked alongside Prince Harry and behind their father, King Charles III, as the Queen’s coffin was transported from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall on Wednesday. Her funeral is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 21.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s public display of affection following a short service honoring Queen Elizabeth II Wednesday drew mixed reactions.

Prince Harry and his wife held hands as they left Westminster Hall. The other royal couples involved in the procession walked with their arms at their sides.

Royal expert Shannon Felton Spence told Fox News Digital the action was most likely a “loving show of support” for Prince Harry, but emphasized that the royal family was “on the job.”

In an interview from 2002, Spears told talk show host Frank Skinner that she and William had a “cyber relationship” and the pair communicated via email during their teenage years. The then 20-year-old pop star revealed that she invited the Prince of Wales to dinner while she was visiting London, but he never showed.”

We exchanged e-mails for a little bit and he was supposed to come and see me somewhere but it didn’t work out,” she said at the time, per the Daily Mail. “You were blown out by Prince William?” Skinner asked, and Spears replied, “Yeah.”

Kate Middleton honors Queen Elizabeth II by wearing queen’s brooch to pay her respects

Kate Middleton honored the late Queen Elizabeth II on Wednesday as she attended the procession of the queen’s coffin to Westminster Hall.

The new Princess of Wales wore the queen’s pearl and diamond leaf brooch during the event. Middleton also wore the brooch in 2017 during a trip to Belgium.

Queen Elizabeth II was once photographed wearing the brooch in Seoul on April 21, 1999, according to The Court Jeweller.

Queen Elizabeth II: British citizens speak on Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s relationship with royals

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle returned to the United Kingdom after Queen Elizabeth II’s death on Thursday and paid tribute to the longest reigning monarch in British history.

British citizens got candid about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and their relationship with the royal family as they reunited with King Charles III, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“They are part of the family,” one mourner told Fox News Digital.

President Joe Biden holds first call with King Charles III

President Joe Biden held his first call with King Charles III on Wednesday.

The White House released a statement saying Biden and the king discussed the queen’s memory, with Biden remarking on his visit to the royal family at Windsor Castle last year. Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will travel to the U.K. for the queen’s state funeral next week.

“The President recalled fondly the Queen’s kindness and hospitality,” the White House wrote. “He also conveyed the great admiration of the American people for the Queen, whose dignity and constancy deepened the enduring friendship and special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom.”
