Dubbed “The One for $135k In Dayton Ohio” by Zillow Gone Wild, the charming three-bedroom, one-bath home naturally made for the perfect themed Airbnb for fans of the ever popular NBC sitcom, which has continued to cement its pop culture legacy since ending its ten-year run back in 2004. Now, it’s up for grabs for a true “Friends” fan — or anyone who doesn’t mind plenty of purple.

With lots of updates inside and out, the 1940-built home features a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, along with an updated roof and windows. It also received a new driveway, gutters, soffit, patio, and landscaping, while interior updates include new paint (colorful, of course!), flooring, a bathroom with a mini clawfoot tub that looks just like Monica’s, lighting, laundry outfitting, kitchen appliances, and a butcher block countertop for those who want to show off their cooking skills à la Monica herself.

Unfortunately, it seems that the home already has a pending offer, but it’s still worth inquiring if it’s truly your dream home. After all, the Bings had some ups and downs before they ultimately found their ideal suburban pad, which means you never know what could happen if you manifest the power of Central Perk.
