Crews flipped a car back on its wheels on Ohio 7 following an accident Friday afternoon. Darrell Koon, of Parkersburg, was driving north on Ohio 7 when he lost control after he says a dump truck pulled out of Bender Road in front him. He ran into a hill on the right side of the road flipping his car. Nina Ducan was injured and transported by squad from the wreck. Koon said he was injured as well, but refused treatment.
