  1. A new timetable has been released for the return of recycling to the Cleveland area. According to the new timetable, recycling should be reinstated by early April with a new recycling vendor being announced. The original proposal sought to bring recycling back by December but those efforts were stalled when the city and its chosen vendor could not reach an agreement. (cleveland.com)
