County mails real estate and manufactured home tax statements | News
LOGAN – Diane Sargent, Hocking County treasurer, has announced that the first half 2021 real estate tax statements have been mailed. Closing date is Feb. 11, 2022.
The first half 2022 manufactured home tax statements have also been mailed. Closing date is March 1, 2022.
Mail received with a U.S. postal cancellation date of the due date will be accepted without penalty. Returned statements and payments postmarked after the due date may be subject to penalty.
This is also a reminder for anyone interested in the pre-payment escrow plan for 2022 Tax Year, you will need to complete an application and return it to the Treasurer’s office before July 1, 2022. Applications are available at the office or on line at www.co.hocking.oh.us/treasurer . If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email [email protected].
