2021 PNC Championship leaderboard: Live coverage, golf scores, highlights as

Tiger Woods made it clear last month in his first public remarks since a gruesome February car wreck that he may never again compete again at the highest levels of golf. At 46 and with a past full of major surgeries, he seems willing to accept that he may not reach the sport’s pinnacle over the remainder of his career. But that won’t stop Woods from captivating the golf world this weekend in the 2021 PNC Championship as he plays alongside his son, Charlie, in the annual parent-child event at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida.

It’s a fitting return to the public eye for Woods, whose last televised round came in the same event last year. The Saturday-Sunday event is a two-man scramble, and it’s more of a feel-good celebrity showcase than a cutthroat competition. But even if Woods isn’t piping bombs off the tee like he did in his prime or generating tour-caliber spin rates with his wedges, he’ll still be competing. The fact that he’ll be doing it alongside his 12-year-old son will make the spectacle even more meaningful.

Tiger and Charlie finished seventh last year, and we’ll be tracking the action this weekend as the duo tees it up once again. Keep it locked here for updates from the 2021 PNC Championship. For live scoring of the PNC Championship, click here.
