McInturf earns top transactions award from Ohio Realtors

Jan McInturf, Broker for McInturf Realty in New Philadelphia, has been recognized by the Ohio Realtors as the 2020 President’s Sales Club No. 1 Realtor in the “Top 5” for Individual Transaction Credits.

McInturf is a member of the East Central Association of REALTORS. He serves the community on the boards for the Quaker Foundation, Tuscora Park and the Tuscora Park Foundation. He is a member of the Lions Club and Faith Christian Church. He helps sponsor the Rainbow Connection, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and hosts the annual Christmas in the Park.

The Ohio REALTORS® awarded 3,861 of its members “President’s Sales Club” designations in four recognition levels for outstanding sales performance in the real estate industry.

Honorees were recognized at the Awards Night Extravaganza during the Ohio REALTORS Virtual Convention.

All members in good standing were eligible for the award. The Ohio REALTORS, with more than 34,000 members, is the largest professional trade association in Ohio.

Office Manager Zita Dreher submitted this photo from the virtual convention and awards night recognition, which  was conducted through Zoom Meeting. A dinner was catered at the office so the staf could watch McInturf receive his award.

When it comes to selling real estate, Jan McInturf knows how to close a sale. Now, the New Philadelphia Realtor’s reputation is becoming known throughout Ohio.

In a first for any Tuscarawas County Realtor, McInturf, who is the Broker for McInturf Realty in New Philadelphia, has been recognized by the Ohio Realtors trade association as the 2020 President’s Sales Club No. 1 Realtor in the “Top 5” for Individual Transaction Credits.
