Clippers vs. Nuggets score: Live NBA playoff updates as Kawhi Leonard and Co.

After taking the series opener against the Denver Nuggets, the Los Angeles Clippers couldn’t capitalize Saturday and dropped Game 2. Splitting the first two games is nothing new for this team as this is now the eighth time in nine playoff series it’s happened under Doc Rivers. After three quarters of play on Monday night, the Nuggets own a slim lead.

The Nuggets jumped ahead early in Game 2, leading 44-25 after the first quarter. Kawhi Leonard, who averaged 32.3 points in the Clippers’ first seven playoff games, scored just 13 points on 4-of-17 shooting. The Clippers trailed by 23 points at one point — their largest deficit in any game inside the bubble. Denver hopes to keep the momentum going, but will need star center Nikola Jokic, who is questionable with a sprained right wrist. Follow below for all the real-time updates throughout Game 3 between the Nuggets and Clippers.
