Prince Harry named in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sex trafficking lawsuit

Prince Harry’s partying days with Sean “Diddy” Combs have now come under the scanner as the latter faces prison time over a litany of shocking sexual assault and sex trafficking allegations. The former music mogul is currently facing sexual assault allegations in a case brought by one of his former producers, Rodney Jones. 

In connection to the case, police raided Diddy’s two properties on March 26, both the Miami and Los Angeles homes of the rapper. It all looked like a scene out of an action film as armoured vehicles rounded out his homes and blocked the entire area. There were reports that Sean was trying to escape but those were quashed when the rapper calmly handled the situation. While Prince Harry is not accused of any wrongdoing, his proximity to the rapper at the time the latter was indulging in these alleged acts is being questioned. The former royal’s name popped up when he was mentioned in the suit by Rodney Jones. 

Jones, who says he was groped, harassed, and threatened by Sean “Diddy” Combs, says in the suit that Diddy’s co-defendants were rewarded “for participating in and facilitating Combs’ sex trafficking venture” by getting “affiliation and access to Mr Combs’ popularity.” Jones first filed the suit in February.

There was another lawsuit in mid-November by R&B vocalist Cassandra Ventura who accused Combs of subjecting her to physical abuse, sexual slavery and rape during a 10-year professional and romantic relationship.

The lawsuit cited violations of sex trafficking and human trafficking statutes. 

As for Jones’ lawsuit, he said, “Mr Combs was known for throwing the ‘best’ parties. Affiliation with, and or sponsorship of Mr Combs’ sex-trafficking parties garnered legitimacy and access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artists, musicians, and international dignitaries like British royal, Prince Harry.”

Prince Andrew’s name cropped up in another infamous matter, that of Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged sexual offences, years back. His name was there in the US court documents as the Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell scandal got exposed. Ultimately, he was himself accused of sexual assault by Epstein’s victim Virginia Giuffre, and he settled the matter following a multi-million dollar agreement. Most recently, the disgraced prince was accused of participating in an orgy with underage victims.
