Kevin Nethers gets bragging rights today for DEER OF THE DAY for the Newark Daily Times. Kevin is the president of the Land of Legend big buck club. After 2 years of watching this buck grow up on his farm, the big day finally happened on 11/7/23. The photo shown is the beautiful 10-point buck. This deer is definitely in the running for annual prizes given away by the buck club. Kevin says the snack table will now be filled with venison sausage for the annual banquet. His grandson Harrison who will be hunting with grandpa next season is also in the photo. Congratulations to Kevin for deer of the day!
