Let the second half of the high school football season begin.
The unbeaten Knights will travel to Cuyahoga Falls to meet the once-beaten Warriors for the third game between the two rivals in the past two seasons. Hoban won a double-overtime thriller in the regular season and defeated Walsh again in the Division II playoffs. The Warriors hope to finally conquer their rivals in a home game that will bring the hierarchy of Akron-area high school football into clearer focus.
Undefeated Nordonia has a tough road game against Wadsworth in the Suburban League National Conference and the Beacon Journal will be there for that one, too.
